Zichuan Zhao

I am an MPhil student in Economic and Social History at the University of Oxford, supervised by Professor Catherine Schenk. Before this, I obtained dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Management from Renmin University of China, where I developed my academic interest in Chinese economic and financial history and worked as a teaching assistant for several related courses. I am also keen to explore how quantitative and digital methods can be applied to historical research.
